30-Night Home Trial Every SilentRise wedge ships with a 30-night risk-free home trial starting from the date of delivery. Sleep on it. Test it in your own bed. If it doesn't deliver quieter nights and better mornings, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Start a Return Email contact@natural-sleep.solutions with your order number within 30 days of receiving your wedge. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. The wedge must be returned free of stains, tears, or significant damage.
Refund Processing Once we receive your returned wedge, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing.
Free Return Shipping We cover all return shipping costs within the United Kingdom and continental United States. There are no restocking fees and no hidden charges.
Damaged or Defective Items If your wedge arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within the 10-year warranty period, contact us immediately at contact@natural-sleep.solutions with photos. We'll replace it free of charge.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Returns initiated after the 30-night trial period (warranty replacements still apply)
- Wedges with significant staining, biological contamination, or pet damage
- Wedges purchased through unauthorised third-party sellers
