1. About Us Natural Sleep Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and sells sleep wellness products including the SilentRise under-mattress wedge. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products and Pricing We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly from images shown. Prices are listed in your local currency where available and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
4. Orders and Payment Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send order confirmation by email. Payment is taken at checkout. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping We ship from our US warehouse via tracked courier. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days from dispatch. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds Our 30-night home trial and refund process are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Warranty The SilentRise wedge is covered by a 10-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
8. Health Disclaimer Our products are wellness items, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a diagnosed sleep disorder (such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea), please consult your doctor and continue any treatment they have prescribed. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this website — text, images, logos, designs — is owned by Natural Sleep Solutions or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
